What you need

to know as the

parent of an

autistic child

3 Free Hot Tips from “52 STEPS to Parenting Autism Success” -- an adventure for Outrageous Success with your autistic child.

1st Free Exercise

Toe hold (sense of life and touch) – when your child is asleep or peacefully lying still, position yourself at his feet. Cross your arms and then with your thumb and first finger take hold of both big toes on your child's feet. So right thumb and forefinger is gently holding his right big toe.

And left thumb and forefinger is holding the left big toe. As you hold this position you will begin to feel the pulse within each toe. You're looking for Unison or synchronization of the two toe pulses beating together. Release your hold when you feel the synchronization where the pulse in each toe is the same strength and rhythm as the other. It's usual for this to take 15 to 20 minutes. Perform at least one toe hold to synchronization each day. (Just using this one exercise alone will generate less autistic symptoms over a six to 12 month period. Still faster results occur when combining Toe holding with 52 STEPS exercises weeks 6 and 9. Changes in autistic symptomology can then be seen in just 1 – 3 months).

2nd Free Exercise
Koala bear walking (the sense of balance) – the child stands on the feet of the adult, both in bare feet, and they walk across the room whilst holding onto each other. This can be done first with the child’s back towards the parent, and then facing each other. In this way, the child literally creeps into your own more developed lower senses. Make this fun so that your child cooperates. Be expressive and childlike yourself. Just two or three minutes, three times a day is perfect to see a reduction in your child’s autism. (for advanced koala walk see Week #7 of 52 STEPS where an added ingredient makes this even more powerful)

#1 intention for all exercises is to develop an interrelationship with your “A” child such that it helps to alleviate his autistic, asocial characteristics.
3rd Free Exercise
Large arm movements (sense of movement)– whilst holding his arms from behind or facing him draw large patterns in the air, add in and out, contraction – expansion gestures that are coordinated and flowing and encourage him to relax and breathe. This can free up the middle or rhythmical system connected to breathing and speaking.

Note – success with these exercises is indicated by increased Eye-Contact, social smiling, fewer obsessive behaviors, greater relaxation, increased muscle tone, better diet, and improved sleeping patterns. These are all indicators of better ego—integration or incarnation.
Mastering Autism
Is your child on track to achieving his or her greatest potential?

Are you mostly filled with a sense of satisfaction about your child's progress?

Is your heart full of hope, optimism and joy?

If you answered yes to these questions then please send me your story. If it's a funny or inspiring or heartwarming story then I'll send it to our Autism Magic family –to our subscribers. I choose stories from the world of autism and other disabilities or labels that I hope will inspire other families. The best of these real-life stories will be published in a book.

If on the other hand you answered “no” to the above questions then it simply means that right now, you're not quite at that optimum place where we would all like to be.

Problems with your autistic boy or girl around communication or behavior or social ineptitude can cause and do cause stress, depression and overwhelm. Sometimes the answers to problems are not so much about “training out” the problems but more simply, around connecting, understanding and appreciating on a much higher level. And it helps to have some tools and techniques that everyone in the family can use to help change things.

52 STEPS to Parenting Autism Success” comes with 52 practical and spiritual solutions to childhood autism delivered one week at a time so that your family can best grow, without overwhelming your “A” child, into an extraordinary new life. It's like building a new home and although it doesn't happen in a week you do get the thrill of witnessing the changes as they happen along the way. This could be the most exciting year of your life.

Your weekly report comes to you with answers to your deepest questions and also raises questions you may never have thought of. And you'll get a broader and more encompassing approach than anything you've likely heard by 99% of the doctors and experts in the field.

At Autism Magic we keep track of the latest developments in science and biotechnology and we continue to explore the metaphysical or spiritual aspects of our children. We take great pride in seeing children and their families turn the harshness of the autistic diagnosis into a celebration of the human spirit.
